Wu Xia

The colony of Wu Xia once existed on the continent of Arakhor, however, peasants rebelled against their dragon-masters, who gave them food and shelter. When a new Heavenly Emperor was chosen, he decided to right the wrong that was made and retake old lands in Arakhor. When the ships arrived, they saw Tieflings intermingling with the population of San Xiu, the rebel nation and chosen to integrate them by force. There were many hurdles along the way during the Fifth Age, Current Age and even after The Second Divergence, the nation of San Xiu isn't conquered.
