Oberhaupt
Whilst technically a Militarburo rank, the Oberhaupt stands slightly apart as the state-recognised leader of the Jaeger (who swear fealty to Teutonia, not to any formal leadership or government).
The Oberhaupt is responsible for co-ordinating all military reconnaissance missions and relaying that information to the Generals. The Oberhaupt may sometimes have to liase with a Sekretariat cell.
The Oberhaupt holds a military rank of equivalent to Major.
