Ice Syndicate

The syndicate is an underground criminal organization that operates in Valdon, they're led by an enigmatic figure known as Vargo Duarp. The syndicate specializes in illicit activities, such as smugglng, extortion, assassinations, gambling and human trafficing. They're a powerful and shadowy presence in Valdon, and do their best to stay under the radar to avoid encounters with the Knights of the Everfrost.
They're smuggling a lot of contraband, which is what makes them the most money and with that money they buy influence, bribes and other things in the city.
They do extortions of different artisians and craftmen to gain influence over them and threaten their families.
They operate underground gambling dens and illegal betting rings.
There is also a group of highly skilled assassins that operate for the Syndicate, which do contract killings on targets.
No one really knows who the leader is except the name is almost a looming threat to the people that reside in Valdon.
Officer Drakar Iceclaw secretly collaborates with the Syndicate, he is a bit of a double-agent that provide them with insider information letting them stay outside of the Knights range. From this he gains influence in The Underbelly, and can use their services for his own agendas as well as being able to obtain wealth this way.
