Officer Darian Frostclad
Darian Frostclad is an enormous figure within the Knights of the Everfrost, a goliath that towers above almost every other person in Valdon. Powerfully built, rugged features and a battleweathered face, Darian often finds himself looking more imposing than what he intends to, when he is quite kind at heart towards his fellow knights. Darian is the leader of the cavalry units of Valdon.
Darian and everyone else in the Frosthoof Vanguard rides their special "Frosthoof Bison", a bison mount which has been trained and bred in Valdon for generations. They're strong, sturdy and suited for the harsh climate of the far south.
He also wields a special lance, named Glaciuspike, as well as a frostforged battlemail, a suit of magical plate armor that shines icy-blue. The armor is made out of the special material that is famous in Valdon and the other reaches of Cannia, the Glacialsteel.
