Ondo Otollo
Ondo Otollo is the council that rules over Etheron Luth.
A representative from each city-state sits on the council, and they use majority voting to get decissions passed which affects the country. It's up the every city-state to pick out a representative, and only one individual is allowed to attend from each city to make the votes fair. Current members:
