Physical Description

General Physical Condition

He is a slender even man of typical elven height and weight. He sports no typical ash-elven tribal markings or such.

Identifying Characteristics

Shalwa wears a Qa'wa ring through his nose, which he claims he wears to remind himself of his roots as an Ash Elf.

Physical quirks

Shalwa walks upright with a straight and regal posture and grace typical of elves.

Apparel & Accessories

He favours loose clothing often coloured red or purple. He also prefers to walk barefoot adorning is wrists and ankles with jewelry made from Qa'wa adorned with gems.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Shalwa was born as the second child of wealthy caravan merchants. From a young age he was employed by his parents to work in hte caravan feeding the camels, mules and horses.   Shalwa grew up with many non ash-elven customs as his family often resided in the Al Achnon while trading. As he grew up, his father sponsored him in investing in an inn in Sul Nahal.   To this day, Shalwa runs the same inn; the The Crane and Lion Inn .

Employment

Shalwa worked as a caravan worker during his early years until he expressed he desired to own a property in Sul Nahal.   His father loaned him money to invest in an inn together with a business partner. Sadly, business was not going well despite Shalwa's best efforts. The young ash elf blamed his partner which resulted in large strife between the two until Shalwa's partner died 5 years into the joint venture.   Shalwa, now unrestricted, showed exceptional skill in handling the affairs of the inn, turning business around. Eventually Shalwa began attending other business ventures alongside his inn.   Today the The Crane and Lion Inn is considered one of the most well regarded establishment for the upper echelons on Sul Nahal society.
