Kerei

The Kerei are people who lost their homeworld, Vosov, to a destructive implosion based around moon crystals. Upon escaping the planet, they boarded the HS Starfall, heading out among the souls searching for a new homeworld.
Day 1057

The crew has grown restless in these past few weeks. I have found myself choosing between pleasing them by stopping at nearby planets, stations, and occupied moons, and keep pushing forward. Most planets we have come to don't have the necessary oxygen, water, food, and materials to sustain ourselves. If not for Syus and Ulrick, I would never have learned how to put priorities over the wants of the people. Sadly, this also means I am disappointing Kěith, as being cooped up inside a flying machine for weeks on end stresses him out with the kids. I don't know what to do anymore....

Culture

Major language groups and dialects

The Kerei have multiple languages, the main three being common, Tong-iliaean, and wolf terminology, and elven. A few other languages that are less known are Aaskati, Ievuri, Iozkin, and Uluatarhi.

Common Dress code

Depending on one's station, the type of attire and gear they wear can change as well as the color.

Foods & Cuisine

The Kerei have had to get used to a variety of foods. For the vampires, the entire crew must donate a pint of blood every two weeks to keep the supply of food for vampires going. The fae that live aboard the HS Starfall must keep their food separate from mortal food to avoid causing those from the material plane to be unable to eat mortal food ever again. And meet is a staple for all carnivores aboard the ship, such as werewolves, werefoxes, and nekomata.

Common Customs, traditions and rituals

Most of the Kerei have struggled with learning to coexist, but they have found solace in the fact that many customs are similar, such as the death rites between the nekomata and the vampires from Tong-illa.
