Godecier Pool

Godecier Poll is a large lake in the southern reaches of the Balnoque Spine mountains. It's exact location is unknown, but there have been enough travellers' tales about the place that most consider it a real location.
The perfectly still waters of the lake are a deep black colour and reflect the sky and circling mountains like a mirror. There is no sign of any life in the pool, and how deep it's waters reach none know.
Godecier Pool is considered a spiritual place. High up, and almost impossible to reach, it is said to be a place where the gods used to convene and discuss the matters of the world. It is also rumoured that the Grand Druid makes an annual pilgrimage to the lake, though for what reason can only be guessed at.
Legend says that the waters of the lake are said to have magical healing abilities.
