Malk Woodstone

Malk Woodstone is a familiar, if unwelcomed face amongst the towns of the Cerulean Empire, especially those of the wilder Amber Coast region.
He is a Blood Hunter, and plies his trade along the Ambercoast Way, dealing with the monsters that sometimes emerge from the depths of the Fearwyd Weald. Of course, he expects to be paid for his skills.
An accomplished monster hunter, Malk is a member of the Order of the Mutant. His favourite concoction is the Mutagen of Potency, which causes his eyes to glow yellow as his mutated form bulks and bulges beneath his armour.

Appearance and Mannerisms

Malk is stern and serious, his pale green eyes piercing out from beneath a bald head that is covered with tribal tattoo designs. His beard is long and fiery red in colour, and is banded with six large cold iron bands.
His armour is plain steel, apart from a large red gem that is set into each shoulder and glows with an unearthly light, and his large warhammer, Zanaknab (tr. stone fist).
Malk speaks with a quiet, hoarse voice that is interrupted with loud, sharp coughs. This is due to a large scar across his neck, hidden beneath the beard, that was the result of an assassination attempt.

Notable Achievements

Malk is rumoured to have once saved the life of King Brakhur Dimmaster from a giant, mutated umber hulk.

A dwarven member of the Order of the Mutant, of the Blood Hunters.
