New Class Archetypes

Introduction

As well as all of the class archetype options given in the official Dungeons and Dragons sourcebooks, here are some extra class archetypes that you can take for your character.

New Archetypes

  • Barbarian
    • Shark Totem Spirit - a Primal Path option that infuses a barbarian with a shark's ruthless bloodthirst and near-supernatural ability to stalk wounded prey.
  • Bard
  • Cleric
    • Water Domain - Priests whose domain covers oceanic life, healing waters, flowing rivers, and the blessings of rain.
  • Druid
    • Circle of the Deeps - Most of the world is ocean. This circle of druids are it's protectors and guardians.
  • Fighter
    • Corsair - a Martial Archetype for fighters who've learned how to fight in the close-quarters of a ship's deck – fast, messy, and ultimately lethal.
    • Gunslinger - Expert wielders of firearms and blackpowder.
  • Monk
    • Way of the Kraken - a Monastic Tradition that teaches dutiful students to fight like the mythical kraken, grasping and smothering foes in an unbreakable grasp.
  • Paladin
    • Oath of Freedom - a Sacred Oath sworn by paladins who value freedom – their own and others – above all else, allowing them and their allies to break chains, while moving swiftly and freely.
  • Ranger
    • Tidal Hunter - a Ranger Archetype for rangers who've learned to hunt on – and in – the seas, granting them the ability to move and fight like an unstoppable tide.
  • Rogue
    • Reaver - a Roguish Archetype for rogues born to the seas, who use terror and cruel efficiency to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies.
  • Sorcerer
    • Sea Sorcerer - Touched by the elemental power of water, these sorcerers have a heritage derived from ancient sea beings.
  • Warlock
    • Vodun - Purveyors of blood magic and curses, bound to a restless spirit.
  • Wizard
    • Hydromancer - A wizard school that shapes water, the elemental force that all life contains.
