Tisiphone
Tisiphone is the smallest and most northerly island in the chain known as The Hecatae. It is a land of ash and steam, covered in active volcanoes, the largest of which takes it's name from the island.
Whilst Tisiphone is a large isle of some 1000 square miles, it is made up entirely by the slopes and lava flows of the single, gigantic volcano that gives the island it's name.
Tisiphone itself reaches to a height of some 25,000 feet above the sea, and fresh lava, steam and pyroclastic clouds roll down it's sides to this day.
