The Sheen are a race of Celestials hailing from the Upper planes, renowned for their role in combating Demons during the Empyrionic War . They are dedicated to the pursuit of perfection in various fields, including logic, magic, art, and warfare.

Society

The Sheen society is highly structured and focused on each individual's calling, which is naturally intuited by the indervidual. Every member serves their community by fulfilling this purpose. Though the Sheen are inherently peaceful, their society is stringent and unforgiving toward those who do not embody goodness. Evil Sheen are pursued relentlessly and killed to prevent them from revealing the secrets of their people.

History

ERA OF CREATION

The Sheen were created by the Stratagem in the era of creation. They gradually established a society committed to achieving perfection in all pursuits. Sustaining themselves on magical fruits produced by the great trees they cultivated, the Sheen mastered planar travel, journeying to numerous planes to both learn and teach.

The Age of Darkness

Following the events of the 2nd Convergence, the Sheen entered the material plane to wage war against the invading demons. After five centuries of relentless conflict, the Sheen severed the Planar gate , effectively cutting off the material plane from other planes. Having accomplished this, the Sheen remaining on the material plane taught the inhabitants how to manipulate Glyphs to harness magical power. Subsequently, most of the Sheen returned to the upper planes, leaving behind a legacy of magical knowledge and protection.
