Colin

Colin is one of the two younger sons of Tolkien and the twin brother of Allah. He is coequal in power with his twin, but slightly weaker than their older brother Tom Bombadil.

Personal history

Soon after Colin's creation, he and Allah read The Lord of the Rings. This instilled in them both a desire to create a world of their own like their father had. Unfortunately for them, Tolkien had not given them a part of his Secret Fire  (out of fear that they would turn against him as Tom Bombadil had). As a result, everything they tried to create was merely a rip-off of the Lord of the Rings.
Nevertheless, this didn't stop them from trying. Their efforts brought into existence the universe as we know it- galaxies, stars, planets. They focused particular effort on a planet which they called Middle-Earth which they specifically created in an attempt to replicate Tolkien's work. For many years they observed this planet, attempting to guide it along the path of the books. Their efforts were largely successful, although a number of major changes did creep in along the way.
Eventually, however, two time-travelers named Isengriff and Lindonrow were transported to the planet from the far future by Spookmaster for reasons unknown. They quickly began making a mess of things, eventually annihilating the small town of Ost Guruth in a rage-fueled duel. This caused Allah and Colin to have a falling out, as both had very different ideas about how these adventurers should be dealt with. Colin, being the more chaotic and curious of the two, favored letting them do their thing, whereas Allah favored killing them immediately and getting things back on course.
Regardless, their argument resulted in a fight which destroyed Middle-Earth and they swore undying hatred of one another before going their separate ways to create their own stuff. Colin's activities after this point are largely unknown for the next 14 billion years, but eventually he came to the planet Rhoam and either discovered or created the Jeubs, the Angmarids, and the Sentient Beards there. He made these races worship him and formed them into an army.
With an army in hand and a desire for vengeance against his brother, he searched until he found Allah on Earth fostering his own army of worshippers, the Muslims. Colin opened a portal to Earth and ushered his forces through, starting the cataclysmic Jeub-Muslim War which would last for decades and claim the lives of billions (mostly Jeubs).
Eventually, Colin's forces were triumphant and Colin struck his brother down, trapping him deep within a black hole. Colin then proceeded to use his power to institute the Breaking of the World, reshaping the planet and creating hundreds of new species and sentient races.
These actions greatly weakened him, however, and he decided that he must go deep within the Earth and rest himself in preparation for a final confrontation with Allah at some point in the future. Before doing this he created a large number of powerful weapons which must be gathered together to wake him in and usher in the end times. He spoke of this two his four greatest followers- the Archangels of Colin and commanded them to guide the world from the shadows for the millenia to come to ensure that everything went according to his will.
At that, he sunk into the Earth's core and has not been heard of since.

Morality & Philosophy

Like his brother Allah, Colin wishes to create a world that would be good enough to impress their father Tolkien. The fact that they both lack the ability to create wholly original works is a great frustration to them both.
Unlike Allah, Colin prefers a more chaotic and 'silly' world. Whereas Allah is inclined to stick to the old classics- humans, for example- Colin tends to try throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks. He is more curious and open to changing his plans than Allah, but cares little about things such as 'morality' or 'decency'.
He is also quite vengeful, particularly towards his estranged brother.
