The Kingdom of Nharuum
Deep in the heart of the Khanterz Forest, there live the elves. Once thought to only be mystical beings thousands of years ago, elves have long plagued humanity. Especially when they decided that humans were worth subjugating. The Empire of Nharuum consumed all of Aewith. The stronger and nimbler elves easily dominated the continent for another thousand years, before the Nethyl Men, a proud and cunning variety of human, beat the elves back into their forest with a forbidden art they called magic. Since then, the elves have lived in isolation within their forest, never daring to touch the lands of a human again. They were disgusted by their vile witchcraft and selfishness. The humans couldn't understand that they were being subdued for their own good. So the Elves let the men fight amongst themselves. Up until the Agruans started to encroach on their territory. The forests have mobilized and the elves have emerged from their homes to defend their forest and enact their revenge upon man kind.
Structure
The Nharuumians are a socialist society, answering only a singular representative bloodline that has been chosen for them by the gods. This bloodline is considered a form of royalty, which is why many human nations have called it a Kingdom. The King, or Nharia in elvish, is responsible for all legislation and international dimplomacy if any exists. Interpretation is carried out by a vote of the local populus. Each state-recognized profession or group of professions receives the rights to a conclave where all those who practice said profession can collaberate and share techniques. This is the only other form of isolated organization within the borders.
Public Agenda
To protect the name of the gods and drive back the heretics.

History
The first Nharia set out to dominate the whole continent and bring all humans into service for the greater good. They ruled an empire that lasted until three thousand years ago when the Nethyl men drove the elves back into their forest with magic. Since then, elves have refused to interact with humans and harbor a patronizing prejudice towards them. In recent years with the beginning of the Agruan Empire, the Nharuumians have once again emerged to defend the borders of their forest. They are ready for all out war to be declared.
Demography and Population
9,237,132. All citizens within the Kingdom are elves. That being said, citizens only take up 43% of the population. The other 57% are made up of the descendants of human slaves who still operate as a manual labor force to this day. Elvish citizens live on average, to 700 or 800 years old.
Territories
Elvish territory occupies every bit of land within the Khanterz forest past the point where Great Oaks, giant trees the size of skyscrapers, start appearing.
Military
The Nharia makes use of a small domestic force of soldiers numbering in the two thousands or so that enforce the law. So few are needed across the entire country due to elves not being as prone to impulse or desire as humans. Very rarely are crimes ever committed. However in time of wars, the Nharia will call on the citizens to form a militia that is given basic training. The Militia is armed with weaponry forged from tungsten. While weapons of such a metal are far too heavy for humans, elvish strength makes wielding tungsten no more troublesome than steel. The militia is quite unorganized and makes use of guerilla tactics since they never leave their home turf. They maybe be split into melee and ranged fighters, but beyond that, no differentiation is made between troops. In times of need, they can also call upon their ancestral cousins, the fae. This includes those of the Seelie Court, since only Drow can call upon the Unseelie. Elves are also highly gifted in Divine Artistry, making the more offensive abilities a staple tactic for ranged combat and giving an extra edge in melee combat.
Technological Level
Elves are rather low on the technological level thanks to their superior physical capabilities and isolation. Their technologies like smithing and architecture are more designed like art. Technology rarely ever progresses and if it does, it's during times of war where progress is necessary. Otherwise, elves rely almost entirely on their biological advantage over humans.
Religion
The Nharia approves of worship of all gods of the pantheon, but first and foremost in the citizens' minds are Shula, Goddess of Nature, Nyktha, Goddess of Protection, Jargnoth, God of Tradition, Ineas, Goddess of Society and Krisaiah, Goddess of Faith. Each of these gods represent an aspect of elvish philosophy that focuses on the greater good, duty and obligation to society, respect for one's heritage and conformism. Shula represents the natural order that must be followed and inspires elvish cultural worship of the Great Oak as a symbol of her might. Nyktha represents the defensive nature of the forest and the sun that shines upon all of them, inspiring a sense of community. Jargnoth represents the long held traditions of elvish culture. Ineas represents the duty each citizen has to their nation. And Krisaiah encourages faith in the elves, helping them build their belief and reliance on the gods.
Foreign Relations
The Nharuumians have no dimplomatic relations with any country since their foreign policy is extremely isolationist, however their relationships with Agrua and Nethylor are highly antagonistic.
Agriculture & Industry
Nharuum has no organized agriculture and have a minimalist approach to producing food. They subsist off of berries, wild herbs and fruits from the Great Oaks. As such, settlements are often built around one of many Great Oaks for harvesting. In terms of industry, however, they have several that are highly prolific all through the Kingdom. Mining for tungsten, mining for silver and gold, forging weapons, forging building materials, archtitecture, quarrying, stone cutting and raising wolves are all necessary industries to keep society going.
Trade & Transport
Trade is nonexistant in the kingdom. A settlement may call for supplies if they are short, but they cannot sell or buy anything. Other than national shipments of goods, the citizens can only acquire what's around them. All transport, however, is done via riding giant wolves. But outside of settlements, there are no roads or highways to facilitate travel, since they barely need to travel.
Education
Education is handled by the Church of Avoros and is standardized just like everything else. The only other nonbasic education received is by joining a professional conclave to perform a job. Basic education involved everything a modern child in a first world country might learn in school until the fifth grade.
Infrastructure
Elvish settlements are construct to make way for the Great Oaks and other trees. Ramps, wells, towers, bridges and standardized housing are all part of a settlement. Most settlements look much the same save for some layout differentiation due to the positioning of trees.
