High King/Queen

The High King/ Queen is the title given to the ruler of the The Capital Isle. It has been within the Proudmourn family ever since Davodir Proudmourn was chosen to be the first high king after The Founding War. The title is passed to the next eldest child, male or female after the former held dies or steps down.
