Humans are the most common race on The Capital Isle. One of the Settler Races, they initially came from many smaller surrounding islands in the search of a better world.

Humans are a jack-of-all-trades, master of none species. Though there are many notable exceptions to this, the average human is typically experienced at most skills but tend to lack the mastery that other races have.
Growth Rate & Stages
Reach adulthood in their late teens and usually live less than a century.
Ecology and Habitats
Humans live in almost all known settlements along Capital Isle. Humans can survive in most environments, from the snowy plains of Frostspire to the untamed village of Wildhart.

Common is the typical tounge for humans but most humans can speak a second language due to their affinity for learning.
History
Came to the Capital Isle with the other settler races in order to colonise the new world. The humans were the most plentiful out of the races and thus were able to spread across the land quickly. Their multitude of skills allowed them to form multiple settlements very quickly and since then have been the most abundant race in Capital Isle.
Historical Figures
Davodir Proudmourn, is one of the most famous figures in human history, who after the The Founding War, was named the first High King of the Capital Isle and whose family has ruled ever since.

Grimfang, The Lady of Tallius Hall and The Terror of The Deep are just some of the fables told by Humans
Some legendary humans from history include Melleran Heartsong, Velerion Runesbane to name but a few.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Due to humans being so common across the land it wasn't long before interspecies families began to form. This eventually lead to the birth of Half-Elves and Halflings.
