Iquor
Iquor is a residual substance that was left over from after The Convergance. It appears to be almost sentient, Iquor attacks living organisms, warping them into twisted versions of their natural state. This has created mutated versions of creatures, caused people to have horrifically twisted limbs and can there have even been cases of Iquor taking over the afflicted creature's sentience.

Material Characteristics
A viscous inky black liquid that has the appearance of dark slime but can move and shift of its own free will.
Physical & Chemical Properties
Causes severe mutations to any who touch it. Can melt the skin from bones and can even take over a creatures sentience if not treated carefully.
Geology & Geography
Native to The Shadowfell but can be found on The Material Plane due to The Convergance .
Origin & Source
Came to The Material Plane during The Convergance and has remained even after the gateways to The Shadowfell closed.
