Khaim is the general of Efreeti forces conspiring to take over Mataras. Although he has yet encountered the party, his plans within Asanatown were thwarted by the Dream Team, who already have their sights on recovering Far Portal from his clutches.

Motivation
In a confession pulled from a member of the Brass Dragons, General Khaim seems determined to take over the Burning Archipelago in the name of his lady, the Malikah. He is ruthless in this regard, wiping out any civilization that stands in his way, and holds onto his men with an iron grip. He tolerates no weakness, nor lack of faith, and has been known to kill soldiers who express such sentiments not long after the words leave their lips.
