Blaster Neighbor

Neighbor is a Lashunta that was recently placed on Mining Team 4  as a Blaster. As she arrived only three weeks prior, very little is known about her. While she seems comfortable talking (and arguing) with her fellow inmates, she says very little about herself.
During an excursion into the cell of Mining Team 4, Balio discovered a mugshot of Tesin under Neighbor's pillow, but it isn't clear where or why she would have obtained it.
