Petal Consortium Report #6442

Discovered by Lockette inside an ancient sphere gathering dust in the Rookery (see S10E4: "The Who-Was"), this message seems to have been written several Iterations ago by a Hopper, requesting backup after discovering the strange existence of the Entwined Infinities. Both the unnamed recipient and the author of the letter appear to be members of a "Petal Consortium", although Lockette knew that this was not their actual name, and in fact a product of her ability to understand all languages.
While the initial data was consumed after Lockette read the message, she was able to create a copy in her Menu Module, and has been uploaded to Aga Jain as a backup.
In S10E7: "That Deathless Death", it was revealed that the author of this letter is Vaughn Blackblood.

Petal Consortium Report #6442

Begin Report #6442, location Petal #31, common aliases the Infinity Petal, or the Entwined Infinites. Requesting immediate backup at my location — I have confirmed the existence of a Transform taking the form of a small girl, common name Lalantha, formal title the Worldbreaker. Attempts to eliminate have been unsuccessful, due to interference from a local group known as the Skinless, and the girl's own innate power.
I know it is not my place to make such a request, but I believe this situation calls for senior agents. This Petal contains at least two sixth-dimensional entities, both of which control one half of this realmspace, and synchronize the recreation of the universe through a series of events called End Day. While the two entities are enemies, I fear they may gain seventh-dimensional abilities should they decide to work together, or should one of them discover a means by which to control the Transform.
I have also noted at least two anamolies on my expedition — one in Petal #12, common alias Norn, and another in Petal #17, common alias the Looking Glass Petal (Variant C). While I have no previous experiences in these realmspaces, neither Petal is behaving as per published reports, and I suspect that it may be related to nearby Petal #31. Petal #12 is suffering severe time dilation and manifesting a long-term, unnatural winter. As best as I can tell, Petal #17 has begun to mimic the frequency of Petal #31, repeating a set series of events that take place in the local year of 1865.
Outside of these major concerns, in my expedition of Petal #31 I have spotted at least one sixth-dimensional wormhole, known to the locals as the Sideways Steps. Walking through the wormhole allows one to briefly mimic the abilities of other sixth-dimensional entities, and travel to alternate timelines in the Petal.
As always, I have not detected evidence of a tenth-dimensional entity. End report.
