History
For those of the Caliphate, gold means everything. The reclamation of their deity's wealth is often the goal of many splinted organizations within the Caliphate, but a select few utilize this religion as a way of profiteering.
They are known to be frowned upon in the lands of the Aliech Continent, but are heavily supported by the The Principality of Grazia, and The Golden Crown.
Seen in all regions where commerce can be found in abundance, their gold can be easily decerned by the golden chariot on its face. Although it is another currency, it is widely accepted by many factions within Iberia. Some minor countries even strictly utilize this currency in lieu of their own, given that their currency faces issues from ongoing conflicts and disasters.
Their lineages date back to the Age of Divinity, as many of their organizations have seen to been established prior to even modern civilization. Interconnections between the Caliphates are few, as they are splinted in their individual regions of influence.
Members are known to toss gold coins to others known as a sign of good gesture, and of endearment to a degree.
Punishment of crimes done within the Caliphate is known to be done through an activity known as "The Wheel." A torture device that takes part as their symbology in order to rectify the crimes committed by a member. Such actions are done to those who go against the edicts of Tijara, or those who wrong the Caliphate.
Criminals would be strapped onto the base of a wheel while being driven around various climates until they eventually perish.
Leadership
The organization is different in every region of the world. As one of the largest organizations with a decentralized system, there are very few individuals who would declare themselves as a head figure. Those that do, are individuals who have the highest standing in regards to their regional commerce and the trade of goods itself.
