"Bar"

The plainly named 'Bar' run by Vander Rommel can be found on the edge of Southside. Despite the unassuming name and outward appearance, inside is a very well maintained bar with a nice selection of drinks, and magical runes built into the ceiling absorbs all smoke. 'Bar' welcomes all sorts but is often the location of strange and dangerous occurrences, to mosts it is just a comfortable place to drink.
When the owner is not around the bar is often run by Karen Zael, his general manager and an alchemist shark girl, who is all too happy to offer 'off-menu' magical concoctions.  As well as Ivan, a large and mute slavic man eager to do a good job at his work after being given a second chance.
Multiple floors above the bar is dedicated to Vander's, his staff's, and his guests' living space.  Despite the unassuming nature of the building it is well secured and at a moment's notice the entire building can lock down and become as secure as a bunker.
