Noba Forest

A large and as of yet mostly unexplored forest on Atlantica Island, made up of a healthy mix of deciduous and evergreen trees commonly found on Earth. The trees grow quite large the deeper into the forest one goes, until they tower far overhead and their leafy canopy blocks most light from reaching the ground level. Aside from these typical plants, patches of unknown and otherworldly plant life can be found scattered here and there. Some plants are very out of place for the region, and sometimes not found anywhere else on the planet or even the entire galaxy.
Plenty of ordinary temperate forest living Earth animals can be found here such as elk, wolves, and bears. But with the unstable condition of reality's barrier there is no telling what creatures can be found out in the forest. Or who else might be hiding out in the woods.
