Tower of Pride

The Tower of Pride is the heart of the Arisen's opperation on Earth. A massive luxory hotel and the largest building in the district.  With offices dedicated to business related to running their various legal entertainment ventures within Port Atlantica, plus half for the crime they do behind the scenes, and all unholy. It's like a cult, but well dressed and professional cult, where demons rub shoulders with mortals and make sure the Nine Rings runs smoothly.

At the very top is the seat of the Arisen's leader, the succubus Enamor. Where she watches over the nine rings from her personal office. Keeping the law, heaven, and hell off her back with careful maneuvering.
