Held a place in the Waterdeep guards, until following Dagult Neverember to Neverwinter. Has held a place of honor in the Cavalry of Neverwinter.
Met Gundren Rockseeker in Neverwinter, became friends; later agreed to accompany him back to Phandalin. His goal is two-pronged:

• Investigate the fate of Iarno Albrek
• Assist Gundren in reopening the mine as he believes it will help restore prosperity and order to the area around Phandalin.

Is now the temporary Townhall Master
Caught Nars Dendrar attempting to hurt/kill Iarno Albrek & the Redbrand that was found alive.
While Nars got a couple good pokes on the Redbrand & Iarno, Sildar caught him before any real damage was done. He talked with Nars and sent him off home. He understands Nars and feels the child just needs some guidance. Based on word from the towns folk, he feels Nars will have great skill in taking up his father's shoes as a carpenter.
