Phandalin Town Hall
The townmaster's hall has sturdy stone walls, a pitched wooden roof, and a bell tower at the back. The building is two stories, with a flagstone foundation. Posted on a board next to the front door appears to be a sparse series of notices. Each appears to be a various job, each ending with the statement "Those interested should inquire within." The notices each bear the town's seal and a neat and bold signature: "Sildar Hallwinter"
Design
The first floor is mostly open, with an office at the back and a main greeting area in the front.
To the left, are stairs heading down to the basement, with a key hanging from a hook next to them.
Thru the office in back, there are a matching set of stairs over the ones heading to the basement, which head to the second floor.
In the basement, are two cage cells, made of large heavy iron. The cages are nearly floor to ceiling. Each has a bench, as well as manacles, for both legs and arms, attached to one wall.
The second floor has basic living quarters, consisting of a small kitchen, living room and bedroom.
There is an outhouse at the back of the building.
