Prisfayn

The Prisfayn is a huge naturally occuring structure made of Hard Fabric located in the Disglairfayn Dell. It takes the form of a large polychromatic oblate spheroid comprised of a flint-like material. Across its surface is every colour in the visible light spectrum, layed out in a colourwheel-like layout.

Localized Phenomena

The Prisfayn has a magic within it that draws fae towards a specific spot on it's surface. Each fae is drawn to a unique spot on it's surface, this spot resonates deeply within them. This particular phenomena is the foundation of the fae concept of gender, as such almost every fae will make a trip to the Prisfayn at some point before adulthood.
In recent years, a number of non-fae have found themselves drawn to the Prisfayn, revealling that, while these occurances are somewhat rare, fae are not the only ones who are effected by it. Many of those people adopted fae gender concepts after this discovery and were largely welcomed with open arms by the locals. No formal study has been done to uncover how or why these few people resonate with it, so at this time, the reason for this is unknown.
