Village of Ipsam

Located in what remains of the Kingdom of Mercia, lies the Village of Ipsam. Ipsam is build near the minster of Wenlockminster, which burned down in a terrible fire just over a century ago. It was rebuilt 20 years ago and turned into a double minster under the control of an Abbess. Much of the land around Ipsam is owned by the minster or the local Thanes. The village is a relatively small farming community but is lucky enough to have a local blacksmith of some skill which draws traders from all over Mercia.
