The Fellstronaut

The Fellstronaut is an apparition of unknown origin which has a shared place in the legends of the Bubble, the Galactic Confederacy and the World Of The Long Sleep, a link which only the Stability Council was able to make after careful investigations.
According to the stories in all of these realms, the Fellstronaut is a gigantic ghostly figure wearing a bulky astronaut's suit and with a horrfied expression which, when it appears in deep space, heralds some dramatic disaster.
It's hard to say to what extent the Fellstronaut is an actual power, minor or otherwise, and to what extent it is merely a ghost with little or no control over the places where it is found and the actions it takes. The Stability Council has chosen to categorise it as a minor and potentially malign power in the absence of evidence about its origin or purpose and because they are suspicious that it may do more than just prophecy and observe disasters.
The Fellstronaut is six fingered, bipedal, and falls within the broad range of Discontinuum species considered to be human but there is no realm known to the Stability Council where people of its exact type can be found. It is apparently one of a kind and its origin is a mystery.
