Powers

The Powers listed here are the ones which operate in regions of the Discontinuum close to the realms protected by the Stability Council and have been in active or passive conflict with them in recent Stanza. The Stability Council divides them into Major and Minor groups according to their estimated capacity to endanger the local Evolutions they defend.
