Mountain Stop

The mountain stop is a dragon blessed camp at the very edge of the dragonlands, at the edge of what dragon blessed consider to be the civilized lands. Beyond the mountains are settlements of non-draconic creatures who refuse to recognize the dragon's status. These beings are obviously inferior and backwards from the dragon blessed.   The mountain stop is a {mountains dragon blessed} encampment, though it has strong ties to Duuloa Gix. All groups of dragon born are welcome at the Mountain Stop, and many different kinds can be found there at any given time.

Government

Due to the remoteness of the camp and the variety of dragon blessed that intermingle there, government is a bit sketchy at best. Typically, the highest ranking {mountains dragon blessed} will have final desicions, but there judgement is often called into question. If a dispute can not reach peacful conclusion, a duel may be held. The only other place this is seen is in the lower levels of Gix Aria, where Naerdras cult doesn't hold as much sway.

Defences

The camp is surrounded by spike top fences, and there is one main gate with a clear view down the mountainside. At any given time there are a number of {north dragon blessed} soldiers present, as well as other assorted fighters passing through who will likely help defend Mountain Stop if needed.

Climate

Since the base is in the mountains, it is on slanted rocky ground, and it snows often. The way up and down from the base is impassable at some points in the winter due to the snow fall.
"What is civilization?" The Dragon Blessed Interpretation
A Civilization is defined as a culture in a particular area. For the dragon blessed, to have a culture (and therefore a civilization) you must have a dragon. To them, the dragons define everything from what is attractive to how you will die. This ideal is seen throughout the dragon blessed cultures, even those that lack a traditional dragon. (The Keepers of End Mountain have the world dragon; Duuloa Gix has their semi-religious following of their dead founder's spirit)   To ignore the dragons' greatness and exclusively worship the deities is heretical and hubris in the eyes of the dragon blessed, as are many ways of life beyond the dragon lands. Thus they find outsiders confusing, and make assumptions about them based on this. This idea has also made many draconic cults mistrustful of inventions from beyond the mountains. Many draconic cults see the usage of non-draconic languages as a direct insult to dragons.
