The City of Shade
Thultanthar, also known as the Shade Enclave and the City of Shade, is a Netherese flying city situated in the middle of the Anauroch desert.
Just before Karsus's Folly the mages of the city managed to planeshift the entire city to the Plane of Shadows. It remained there until 1372.
