The Distaff of Mystra

Founded in 1233 DR by Durum Blauwester, the Distaff (for short) is an organization that began it's mission as an organization that hunted down items and relics that poised a danger to the Weave. They were briefly disbanded during The Times of Troublewhere many of it's members acted as honor guard for Mystra's avatar while she walked Toril.

After the Times of Trouble it was reinstated with it's original mission, and also charged with helping to rebuild trust with the general population after all the magical mayhem caused during the troubles.
