The team decideds to look into the Chanters infernal woes and stumble onto a nest of Asmodiates under a local markte

The crew figure there is some sort of tie between the devils that Chanter Moratile had made a deal with and Phaedra, so they start to track them down.
In the Probe Thoughts Erebus saw that when the devils contacted Moratile again, it was in a market that was near the campus he used to freequent in his student days. As good a start as any they go investigate. When they were poking around they find a gnomish junk dealer who had a thieves cant rune as a fence.
FIguring this dude has some info they try to ask some sly questions; and despite Bowyn's apparent pregiduice against gnomes managed to purchase some information that the usuall sewer smuggling highways had become too dangerous to use. When they delve they find a secret door that leads to an underground temple to Asmodeus. It seems the butcher and some of the guards from the market above have been leading double lives as cultists, and suplimenting their wares with sacrificial victims. The crew decides that this cannot stand and wrecks the ceremony they found in progress. This brings out the real residents of the temple, including the Harvester Devil Lucia that Erebus saw in Moratiles memory.
They rush her but as Devils are none to teleport she gets away, with enough time to clean out the documents stores.
