The Experimenter

The Experimenter is an extremely intelligent timeless. He, along with his assistant perform experiments in which they reach out to the Conscious self to try to open the Tunnel of Dreams through the manipulated nightmares of people who haven't yet entered The Dreamscape.
The Experimenter is a highly wanted criminal in The Dreamscape mainly due to fear of his ability to manipulate consciousness in other people. He was eventually caught and initially sentenced and taken to Sitra Achra, however he was later moved to the Waking Sands instead.

Physical Description

Body Features

His right side has a theme of threes: three pupils in his right eye, three fingers corresponding to the thumb, middle, and pinky fingers, and three toes on his right foot.

Facial Features

The iris in his right eye is shaped kind of like a fidget spinner and has three pupils, each one with separate magnification.
