A constant hum of busy activity pervades the warrens and neighborhoods where gnomes form their close-knit communities. Gnomes and Goblins
Gnome and Goblins usually do not get along in general, Gnomes are polite and usually will try not to offend any others. Goblins do not care usually and are vocal about their dislike of Gnomes, dwarfs, elf, and human. Some say that the two groups have disliked each other since the beginning of time. Other say it is because they are distant cousins, two sides of the same coin. Humans work with gnomes and respect their ability as craftsmen. Some human scholars maintain that the gnomes are related to goblins and dwarves. This information causes much anger in the dwarf community, who believe that they are the true first race put on the planet by the gods (dwarf gods). Dwarfs work side by side with gnomes' other races. The Dwarf community believes that they are the top and others are somewhat less, and of these others some are at the bottom (goblin). Elf work well with the Gnome community, feeling that the gnomes have a special purpose in the larger picture of the world.
