Julius Serpabsondis
A fairly plain and kind Imperial who is on his way to meet his father in Wayrest as they prepare to tour around Tamriel in anticipation of the new Arena season.
Julius stands at average height, has dark hair and is of very little note at all. However his one unusual trait are his piercing, narrow red eyes that seem to hide something deep within the man.
Julius and Wynrama can be found at Beachside in Koeglin Village.
