The summit was in regards to the possible betrothal of the daughter of Shields to the Prince of Thorns. Ser Oneras dueled with Ser Mavron during the discussions.

55 ET, Summer-QUEEN'S TOURNAMENT-
Ser Oneras accompanied the Prince of Thorns to his wedding at the Queen's Tournament. At the Midweek Feast, he was seated at a table with Lord Mavron Solaim. Drinking heavily, he became more and more bitter. By the end of the night, he had sunk over his flagon and glared darkly at a young man seated with Lord Emrys Gwalchmai and Lord Valorin Lothere while muttering under his breath.
