Nelek Island Chain

The Nelek island chain is a cluster of landmasses in the Asamaline Expanse, sitting almost exactly between Veilee (and greater Reimyth) and Amahitza. Nelek has six normal islands, but it is also frequented by nine Naga'honu'akua, who many consider to be islands of the Nelek chain despite their tendency to migrate. Situated as it is between too major destinations, the Nelek island chain sees a fair bit of traffic. Merchants dock at Reishi to resupply or avoid the Adgen storms, pirates gamble over their stolen goods and gold at Herebury Cay, and intrepid travelers seek out some of the more peaceful Naga'honu'akua like Pilihou to experience the majesty of riding a Leviathan Turtle for themselves.

Including the territory frequently traveled by the various Naga'honu'akua, the Nelek chain covers a sphere about 200 miles in diameter. Its largest landmass is Reishi Island, and it is home to both of the Asamaline Research Consortium for Historical Expeditions (A.R.C.H.E.S.) expedition sites at Dollem's Refuge and Lunenshire Refuge.
