Frederick Von Drake

Frederick Von Drake is a human male with black hair and a matching black beard that is often neatly trimmed. He is the owner of Frederick's Marvelous Carnival of Wonders, a traveling circus that has been known to set up shop in various cities throughout the Forgotten Realms. However, despite the carnival's seemingly innocent facade, Frederick is actually an evil man who has made a deal with the Night Masks, a notorious gang of thieves and assassins.
In public, Frederick presents himself as a charismatic and jovial figure, always wearing his signature top hat and tails as he schmoozes with the local nobles and business owners. But behind the scenes, he is calculating and cruel, using the carnival's resources to smuggle in stolen goods for the Night Masks and even hiding their members within the carnival's troupe to aid in assassinations and kidnappings.
Despite his evil tendencies, Frederick is a savvy businessman and an excellent showman, always coming up with new and elaborate attractions to draw in crowds. His carnival features exotic animals, daring acrobats, and even magical performers, all designed to dazzle and amaze. But those who cross him or threaten his operations quickly learn that behind the smiles and bright lights lies a man who will stop at nothing to protect his interests.
