Session Seventeen: Let's F*ck Some Sh*t Up!
General Summary
The session started with Friac causing problems in his cell. Friac demanded to be released and began to bang on is cell with his cup. A short time later one of the guards returned with Big Hal Bugsworth. Big Hal offered to pay Friac’s bail but he had to agree to be monitored. Big Hal told Friac if he did not return for court he would hunt him down and it will not end well for Friac. Friac agrees and Big Hal pays the bond. Friac is released and returns to the Trollskull Manor. Nyx, Sneatcha and Friac leave for Saltmarsh where a fuck some shit up tournament is being held in the Underground.
At the Underground Sneatcha talks with Urdjan Dinbar and enters the tournament. A new comer named Galrik entered the tournament as well. The tournament consists of three rounds and each participant squares off against each other in the first two rounds. The victors from the second round face off against the house creatures. If more than one participant makes it past the third round all the victors fight against each other until one is left. The victor is then granted the chance to fight the Grand Champion.
During the fight Nyx notices Kalius Honser, a human male, watching Sneatcha fight. During the fight Kalius talks to one of the fighters. As Nyx approaches Kalius she notices Teywin, a male elf, watching Kalius as well. Nyx backs away and watches Kalius and Teywin.
Galrik and Sneatcha make it through the first round without any problems. They rest and enter the fighting circle for their second match. After a fierce fight both Galrik and Sneatcha make it to the third round where they face off against the house’s golems. Sneatcha is able to defeat his golem but Galrik taps out during his match. Sneatcha is declared the champion as he is the only one to defeat his opponent in the third round. Sneatcha elects to fight the grand champion golem but is over matched and he taps out.
Kalius tries to make a quick exit after seeing Sneatcha win but is intercepted by Teywin. Nyx approaches them both as Teywin grabs Kalius and pulls him aside. After questioning Teywin, Nyx finds out Teywin is tracking members of the Cult of the Dragon and Kalius is a member of the cult. The cult is meeting with a member of the High Order of Torm as the cultist was instructed to guide several bounty hunters to Sneatcha. Teywin agrees to meet with Nyx later after the fight.
Nyx meets Teywin and they go meet the member of the High Order of Torm. They lie and tell the member Sneatcha was captured and there will be no more interference from Sneatcha’s friends at Waterdeep.
After the meeting Teywin agrees to go to Waterdeep and help clear Valna from the charges against her as he has witnesses several of the dealings with the cult and the High Order.
Session ended.
