Construction beginning/end

As Illium - the Capitol of Caliban - is founded, the settlers listened to the stars they had known their whole lives to find that no one could hear or be heard by them. They were truly alone, and possibly the last of humanity. This revelation sparks contemplation and philosophical inquiry among the settlers - eventually leading to the isolationism and xenophobia of the Sycoran people.
