Sevatiores' Vicary

History

Sevatiores' Vicary is a vicary in South Larfleur. The vicary is the main dockyard of the city, which moved to the south bank of the River Lar after the independence of Larfleur. The vicary is a warren of canals, bridges, warehouses, docks, ponds, and jetties jutting into the river. Sevatiores' is the core of the Larfleur Docklands. Cranes rather than spires tower above those on the streets below. The grandest building in the vicary is the Custom House, where incoming river traiffic is assessed for customs duties. The immense Gruse Bridge reaches across the River Lar to Cl. Muren Vicary, where the Merchants have their own separate harbour. The main street carries goods into the central marketplaces or to markets outside Larfleur. Ships are built in the docklands and barges are used to transport goods between warehouses. Many investors have made their fortunes from buying and selling spaces in these warehouses to the merchants of the region.
