Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a sultry roguish woman which the Vigilantes encountered in Granting, hanging out in Flynn Ryder's base of operations. Ragnar Volaris, extremely intoxicated, immediately took a liking to her and began strutting his stuff for her - she was not remotely impressed, but in his pea-sized mind, he hit it out of the park. Vanessa recruited Cinnamon to her small force of elite fighters for a small salary and a private building within the city, out of which Cinnamon could run her own operations unmolested. Under Vanessa's leadership, she accompanied the party on a few separate missions of a roguish nature while they were in Granting, and even accompanied them out of the city as they began their campaign for the throne.

In an attempt to secure a black dragon's loyalty in upcoming battle, Ragnar offered Cinnamon as collateral to the dragon - a fact which she didn't find particularly surprising, but a fate which she escaped when the Queen Anne's Revenge "accidentally" shot the dragon down in the final siege on King's Landing.

When Ragnar was crowned king, he appointed Cinnamon as the Minister of Treasury.
