Honestly just the best lil guy.
Bart is Dalitar Amakiir's familiar and has two major roles:

1. Listening to Dal ramble about whatever is on his mind currently, usually while trying to work out some research
2. Getting his attention when he is hyperfixating and someone important is trying to talk to him.

He's very good at both.
