Anak Thundercaller is a member of the Cult of Howling Hatred, and operates his own cell. He frequently recurits young naive people to do his dirty work with the hopes they will eventually die taking blame for his actions and they will recieve no pay for their efforts.
Anak's band mascrade as a group of Dogs of War know as the 'Free Souls'. Anak secretly refers to them as the 'False Souls' because some members he actually manipulated into believing they can become true Dogs of War.
