Ce Yicye (SEE YICK-yee)
Ce Yicye was the only Fiir Elder to have survived the War of the Six; three other Elder-rank Bloodsingers from other countries (including Jonna Biqare) also survived, but returned to their home countries.
He is the twin brother of the renowned spymaster Eba-Mulir Sandasferohi Yicye, and currently assists Grand Elder Tieorise Mamnafetche with overseeing the remains of the Fiir. Although he never achieved the Grand Elder rank, he once headed the Fiir until his relinquishing of the role to Tieorise in 981AC when she obtained the rank for herself. Both were trained by the Bonefire Circle.
