Icha (IHCH-ah)

The Icha are an ethnic group that contains the modern Kivan tribes of the Moul and Jekril. Historically their lands were considered west of the Tycephaur Lake overlapping the Mourning Forest, though like all tribes prior to the end of the Bloodwater Period they often raided elsewhere, including outside of Kiva.
For much of their history they had an amiable relationship with the nae'cthosai of the Mourning Forest despite the latter's xenophobic tendencies; so much so that similarities in techniques and tooling can be seen between their leatherworkers, of which the Moul were particularly skilled.
