Seminary of Xaescyra (Zay-SKY-rah)
The Seminary of Xaescyra is a notable independent school for Bloodsingers, and is currently located in Teigleava Castle, Iyr -- it was previously located on the outskirts of Memboti, but Xa'aroch's sacking of the town in 982AC prompted Anthath Gorre to seek a favor from his twin sister, Andrathath, who allowed them to relocate to the castle until they could find another suitable location -- a process hindered by wartime and then the Long Wake.
