Knowing Your Enemy

Knowing Your Enemy is a mysterious book located in The Prison Beneath Thera Relovut by The Spiritual Travelers on Nurend 15, 308.
It has a cover which displays the name of the book in Elvish, however, there is nothing written on any of the pages. A nearby Journal also mentioned that “In our pursuit of knowledge we were blinded, and the enemies we faced were both unknown and unknowable.” as well as “Retreat only meant we knew of them…and that seemed to be more damning than any battle.” These portions of the journal combined with the lack of content in this book make it a very unusual though possibly important book.
When flipping through the pages to find anything of substance, Agave discovered that there was absolutely no writing in the book. The pages did flip longer than expected though, going on far longer than would normally be comfortable and eventually the soft slapping of the pages became more and more like snaps and clicks until the speed and sharp noise combined to become a chittering sound. While Agave was unable to hear or read any words from all this, he did understand one message within the chittering:
